All American Auto Group History Timeline

The Selman brothers founded the All American Auto Group, starting with All American Ford in Hackensack, NJ, and later adding All American Ford in Paramus, NJ. The Selman brothers were born and raised in Bergen County, NJ, and had a strong passion for serving the community. Their family owned a couple of dealerships before they started the All American Auto Group, including a Lincoln dealership.

Across some bridges from the Selman's in New Jersey, Rich Savino bought his first dealership, Able Ford of Rockville Centre on Long Island, NY. He worked his way up the ranks from an unlicensed parts driver at age 15 to the proud owner of Able Ford of Rockville Centre in 2003.

Due to the success of Able Ford of Rockville Centre, Ford Motor Company offered Rich the opportunity to sell the dealership and take over Oasis Ford in Old Bridge, NJ. This new Ford dealership was nearly 7 times the physical size of his original Ford dealership on Long Island. Rich made the deal and acquired Oasis Subaru which was connected. These two dealerships would become Able Ford and Able Subaru of Old Bridge, respectively, although their names would change in a year.

Rich Savino and the Selman brothers formed a partnership and combined their dealerships to create the All American Auto Group. This new group included three top-100 Ford dealerships and a Subaru dealership all named All American.

The All American Auto Group purchased Weisleder Ford and Mazda of Ocean County. These dealerships were renamed as All American Ford in Point Pleasant, NJ, and All American Mazda in Brick, NJ.

The All American Auto Group was handpicked by MOTORTREND® to have exclusive rights in New Jersey to their prestigious pre-owned certification program. This honor is reserved for only 40 dealerships across the country. MOTORTREND® is extremely selective when deciding which dealerships are worthy of this recognition.

The All American Auto Group made two noteworthy purchases in April 2018. The auto group bought Prestige Lincoln and renamed it Lincoln of Paramus. The group then bought Nussbaum Sales Corp. of Hasbrouck Heights, which was one of the leading Jerr-Dan Tow Truck distributors in the Northeast. This purchase gave birth to All American Jerr-Dan in Old Bridge, NJ, and Paramus, NJ.

As of April 2018, Lincoln of Paramus has officially replaced Prestige Lincoln to bring you better Lincoln sales, service and financing.
